Navigating the world as a young adult with ADHD can be difficult, but there’s no need to go it alone. Adult Support Group

Whether you’re single or in a relationship, the daily challenges of living with ADHD can be overwhelming. This meeting offers support for adults with ADHD, and partners are welcome to attend too. Discussions often revolve around symptoms, diagnosis, finding a health professional, medication, and coping strategies for day-to-day life.

Adult/Partner Meeting – The Third Wednesday of the month, 7 – 9 pm.

Women’s Support Group

Because ADHD in women often presents differently than men, many women have gone undiagnosed until later in life presenting an entirely different set of circumstances. Whether you’re just learning that you have ADHD, or you’ve had a diagnosis since childhood, this is the right place for you. This meeting is a safe space for women with ADHD to discuss everything from how hormones affect ADHD symptoms, trying medication for the first time, to moving forward with life after diagnosis.

Women’s Meeting – The Second Wednesday of the Month, 7 – 9 pm.
