This month’s meeting will begin with the ADHD Association of Greater Edmonton’s Annual General Meeting. Please join us to meet the board members, and to learn about the association’s efforts in the last year. If you are interested in joining the board or would like more information about getting involved with the association, please let us know. The Adult Support Meeting will commence at the end of the short AGM.

The Third Wednesday of the Month

Whether you’re single or in a relationship, the daily challenges of living with ADHD can be overwhelming. This meeting offers support for adults with ADHD, and partners are welcome to attend too. Discussions often revolve around symptoms, diagnosis, finding a health professional, medication, and coping strategies for day-to-day life.
