In this fun and informative workshop we will explore both physiological and brain-centric methods of living with ADHD.

Breath therapy, body-mind connection awareness training, vagus nerve toning, restorative yoga, myo-fascial work and inspiratory muscle training combine for a do-it-yourself technique that has been helping to change lives for over 25 years. If you would like to take control of your respiratory system, diminish your anxiety and/or reduce the number and severity of panic attacks in order to feel stable and strong, you have come to the right place.
