ADHD Edmonton Adult & Partner Support Meeting
This monthly facilitated support group meeting is for adults and their partners. If you are in a relationship with someone with ADHD, please join us for this monthly discussion. We offer a safe space to provide and receive support and learn about ADHD strategies for day-to-day life.
Discussions often revolve around symptom expression, getting diagnosed, finding a health professional, medication, and coping strategies. There is a great deal of empathy and support around the table.
Partners are welcome to join the Adult Support Group Meetings. If there is a desire, they can meet separately to discuss common concerns or questions.
*Please note this option is not available while COVID restrictions remain.
Meeting: The Third Wednesday of the month, 7 – 9 pm
