E-Course for Educators: Learning Disabilities and Associated Disorders

Today’s classrooms are increasingly complex. Do you want more ideas and tools to understand the student in your classroom with practical, tested strategies?

Foothills Academy offers an 18 hour, interactive online course over the course of eight weeks, from January 23 to March 12. This series is invaluable for new and experienced teachers alike as well as anyone else who works with groups of children and youth. There are no set times to log in to the e-course; it is completely flexible, you can choose to complete the interactive content 24/7. The cost is $150. More information about the course is found here.

Or, if you are you looking for training for your staff, why not consider having a group (minimum of eight people) participate in a Private (Closed Group) E-Course? You can choose the specific content that you want your staff to focus on and all online discussion will be private to your group. This course is appropriate for teachers, educational assistants and/or other school support staff. It is also very suitable for after-school providers, coaches and more. Learn more about the E-Course through this link. Contact Kim Tackaberry at Foothills Academy for more details about how to get your school involved in a Private E-Course.
