The ADHD Association of Greater Edmonton strives to offer information and support to those living with ADHD in the Greater Edmonton Area, through awareness, education, and resources. We can only achieve this mission with the aid and assistance of our many valued volunteers! Many thanks to our past and present Executive and Board Members, group facilitators and volunteers – all of whom have made valuable contributions to AAGE’s growth. To help us grow through our second decade and beyond, we’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our board.  We are currently in need of volunteers in a variety of positions. The return of support meetings!

Posted on July 30, 2020 by Dave BreakenridgeJuly 30, 2020

Aug. 5, 20207 p.m. – 9 p.m. Parent meetingAdult meeting Hi everyone! We know that the last four months have been a trying time for many, as the COVID-19 pandemic forced lockdowns, closed schools and caused great upheaval worldwide. As a small, volunteer-based charitable organization, the disruption meant temporary discontinuation of some of our services. But we are happy to announce that we will be re-starting our monthly support meetings, for our Parent, Adult/Partner and Young Adult groups! Due to ongoing restrictions, and concerns over the health and safety of our community, we have opted to proceed with these meetings in an online setting using Google Meets. We’re excited to get started next Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2020, with two meetings, one for our Adult group and one for our Parent group. Both run from 7 until 9. Clicking the links above will take you directly to the virtual meetings. We hope to see you there!

But we do want to be there for you. Stay tuned to this space in the coming days for announcements about the resumption of our support groups, albeit virtually. And we will be working to provide you with all the information and content you need as it pertains to the ADHD community. All the best!
