Adult ADHD and Relationships

Psychologist Cheryl Becker joins us for our January Adult ADHD Support Group Meeting. Cheryl will talk about research on common features of ADHD in a marriage/partnership, both strengths and weaknesses; and some common Hot Spots and tips to manage:

This monthly meeting is a facilitated round-table discussion specifically for young adults with ADHD. We talk about our experiences and share both concerns and helpful ideas for managing this time of life.Topics can include dating and relationships, choosing a career, starting post-secondary education, medication, and other issues brought to the group. This is an inclusive meeting, offering a safe space for helpful conversations. 

Our first meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. on January 16, 2019
